To cook chicken fillet, the following products are needed:
Chicken fillet without a legs – 450 grams
Wax beans – 300 grams
Garlic – one clove
Dill-two or three branches
Butter-15-20 grams
Salt
Ingredients for the marinade:
Red currant berries – ½ cup
Honey – three teaspoons
Large salt – one teaspoon
Garlic – one clove
Parsley-three to five twigs
Half of the pod of red pepper without seeds or instead of it you can use a few drops of Tabasco sauce
Vegetable oil-one or two tablespoons
Sesame oil – one tablespoon
Method of preparing chicken fillet in the marinade:
First, prepare the marinade: knead currant berries. Finely cut parsley, chili pepper and garlic. Mix currant with greens, two types of oil, salt, pepper, honey and garlic.
We clean the chicken fillet from the films, pour currant marinade and leave at least one hour.
Then we put the fillet in a dry hot pan (it is best to use the grill pan) and quickly fry on both sides until golden-colored form. Reduce fire, water the fillet with the remaining marinade and cook, often turning over, ten to fifteen minutes. Be careful at the same time – do not cross the chicken fillet!
We will not waste time and take the beans. First we wash it, cut the ends, place it in a small pan, pour it with cold water and slightly salt. How to boil, set medium fire and cook 12-15 minutes. We throw the finished beans into a colander, but we do not pour water, it will come in handy for us.
Finely cut dill and garlic.
On low heat in a pan, we melt the butter, add cut dill, garlic and mix quickly. Then add the beans to the pan, cover the lid and shake it several times a lot.
Serve chicken fillet along with beans to make it beautiful, decorate with red currant or greens.
To increase the profitability of cafes, fast-food restaurants, and indeed any street trade enterprise, I recommend buying a grill for chickens. The cost of equipment is not so high, and the profit increases significantly.
