We will need to prepare spaghetti:
300 gr spaghetti,
1 Medium -sized bulb (clean and finely chop),
100 ml of olive oil,
8 tomatoes (finely chop),
2 cloves of garlic (peel, chop),
1 teaspoon of ground caraway seeds,
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon,
salt and freshly ground dark pepper to taste,
A pinch of ground turmeric,
100 g of canned greenish peas (drain the liquid),
100 grams of almond flakes (slightly fry),
a bunch of freshest cilantro (finely chop),
a bunch of the freshest parsley (finely chop),
A handful of mint leaves.
Cooking spaghetti:
1. We lay spaghetti into a pan with salted boiling water and boil until cooked. We heat the oil in a pan with a thick bottom and fry on it on a bow with garlic (approximately 2-3 minutes, so that the onion gets golden color). Add tomatoes, cinnamon, caraway seeds and turmeric. We cook for about 20 minutes so that the sauce thickens.
2. Salt and pepper sauce to taste, then add almond flakes and greenish peas. Mix spaghetti with sauce. Serve with greens.
