Biological agriculture

The concept of biological farming was officially recognized in 1980. in France, and in European countries – in 1991. Today, much more healthy and, moreover, excellent quality “biological wines” gain popularity in Europe, and this is no coincidence.

Grapes take all minerals and microelements from the soil. Viticulture based on the principles of biological agriculture, trying to maximize the use of the life forces of nature, supports the balance of the environmental system of vineyards. Most of the work of the vineyard is devoted to preventive work and warning measures for growing a healthy vine. For this purpose, special hedges are installed around the vineyards to protect against wind, soil feeding, created on the basis of other plants containing phosphorus, silicon, nitrogen, is used. In the fall, the harvest is proceeded after the grapes are fully ripened and carefully monitors that the berries are only healthy and absolutely not damaged during cleaning.

Wines created from grapes created by the “biological” method contain carbohydrates, mineral salts, vitamins and trace elements, and, with reasonable use, have a beneficial effect on human life. The famous French nutritionist Michelle Montignac equates wine with food.

The healing advantages of wine were well known and widely used long ago. Modern science made it possible to analyze the therapeutic properties of wine at the molecular level. Recent studies conducted in the mid-1990s in France, Denmark and America have confirmed the antibacteriological and antiviral effect of wine. In addition, wine is an excellent aging slowdown. It has been proved that it can inhibit the development of Alzheimer’s cancer and disease, reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and strokes. The beneficial substances contained in wine contribute to strengthening the walls of blood vessels, and normalization of metabolism. The most important effect of grape wine on the body is its effect on the nervous system. It is associated with the taste received from wine, stimulating digestive and endocrine glands and exciting appetite. And to top it off, wine is a very effective anti -stress: it provides healthy sleep, disperses fears, excitements, gives good health.
