Bruskett with tomatoes – the necessary ingredients for cooking:
Cherry tomatoes-two or three cups
Sea salt – ¼ – ½ teaspoon
Olive oil – one tablespoon
Fresh black pepper
Finely chopped basil leaves – one handful
Garlic – two cloves
One tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Baget – cut 25 pieces
Olive oil-four to five tablespoons
How is a bar with tomatoes prepared:
First heat up to 200C oven.
Put chopped tomatoes, stove, finely chopped garlic (one clove) in a container, one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, sea salt and basil. Mix well and take it to the side.
Next, take another clove of garlic and cut in half.
Then cover with this garlic on both sides each piece of baguette.
Then, in medium size, pour four to five tablespoons of olive oil.
Take the chopped pieces of the baguette and each, on the one hand, dip in the oil, after which put these pieces (oil down) on a baking sheet and bake each side of about five to six minutes.
At the end, put the filling prepared in the first step on each piece and serve Bruskett.
