– Vitamin D is contained in meat, in the summer we can receive it at the expense of sunlight, and in the winter there is no way. With a lack of this vitamin, adults earn osteoporosis, and the children of Vegan Rachite.

– Vegetarianism is far from a cheap way. In order to secure a full -fledged diet, you need to consume citrus fruits, nuts, cereals, raisins or dried apricots and many other products. Containing such a menu is by no means cheap.

To decide whether to become a vegetarian or not for you. Weigh all the pros and cons of. If, nevertheless, the decision is made in favor of vegetarianism, then you need to start gradually.
