Very fast and sweet recipe for baked figs with cream cream and nuts. Figs, by the way, can be replaced with plums or prunes. Cooking time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
25 g of butter + additionally for lubrication
8 large, ripe figures of figs cut along in half
2 tbsp. l. unrefined brown sugar
2 tbsp. l. Liquid honey grated zest and juice 1 orange
200 ml of thick fat cream
1 h. l. vanilla
75 g of fried almonds
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
Prepare a small heat -resistant dish, grease it with oil, lay out the chopped figs with a cut up. Put on each slice of figs on a small piece of oil and sprinkle with sugar.
In a small bowl, mix honey, orange juice and half of the zest of orange, pour figs. Put the figs in the oven, and prepare for 15 minutes until it becomes soft and sticky.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, slightly beat the cream with vanilla and add the remaining orange zest.
Put the figs on the serving plates, pour syrup and sprinkle with fried almond flakes. Serve baked figs warm, with a spoon of cooked vanilla cream.
