In the fourth – sixth month of life, when the baby still consumes mainly mother’s milk, he is also ready to accept other products. Gradually add lost fruits and vegetables to food.

First, give the child one thing. After two or three days, when he will already get used to one product, let him try another. Of course, to accustom the child to a new dish, you need a lot of patience and perseverance. When preparing for a child, remember that everything should be absolutely clean. Wash products and utensils thoroughly!

When the child is five to nine months old, he no longer has enough calories and proteins contained in mother’s milk. Constantly and persistently teach the child to new food. First, give children’s products from cereals and children’s vegetable masses, then go to dairy and meat products. If at first children are given duffed dishes, then from the sixth month they can be given finely chopped products. It is not necessary to add salt or sugar, besides, specialists do not recommend this.

In the ninth month, mother’s milk becomes only an application to the main nutrition. The child begins, there is something that others in the family.

Everything should be very clean, the products are finely cut or grinded so that it is easier for the child to chew them. It is better that the child’s diet includes fruits and vegetables, cereals and legumes, meat and dairy products. Especially children need foods rich in vitamin A.

It is found in breast milk, vegetables with dark leaves and in such orange and yellow fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, peaches or apricots. Under the age of three years, children should eat five to six times a day.

The more diverse the nutrition of the child, the more nutrients that feed the body, it receives. Mother should focus on giving quality food. No need to force the child to eat when he has eaten, and not stop him if he wants more.
