1 large cucumber, without bones
2 tbsp. l. fried sesame seeds
1 clove of garlic, finely grated
3 tbsp. l. Tahini
1 h. l. ground cumin coarse salt
1/4 cup of ordinary yogurt
Preparation:
Mix chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, caraway seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of water in the kitchen combine. Whip.
