Meat paste
You will need:
?1 small zucchini
? 1 onion
? 1 sweet pepper (I take green or yellow)
? 1 green apple of medium size
? 300 g of meat (it can be a bird, rabbit or veal – for your choice).
Cooking
1. The meat must be passed through a meat grinder (chopped meat is more useful). Fry the minced meat slightly, preferably in a dry pan, without adding any oil or fat.
2. Finely chop the vegetables or pass through a meat grinder.
3. Mix vegetables with minced meat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
4. The resulting paste can be slightly salted “.
