Hello, dear visitors to the blog today, under our sight, were Ravioli Belotserkovsky brand “Drygalo”. Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility of determining how the domestic dish with Italian is the possibility, since we have not been in Italy yet, Ravioli has not tasted. However, let’s hope that “our” manufacturers will not fall face in the mud and make a pleasant impression.

Studying the composition of this product, first of all, I would like to note its naturalness – no artificial additives or flavor enhancers, and this is certainly a “plus”. Of course, one could fight that the meat could be more expensive, namely, instead of chicken, there was only pork and beef, for example, but as we recall, the product was made according to an individual recipe (TU), so such comments are not correct.

9. Marking. There are absolutely no problems with the marking – all the data is clearly visible and readable. The composition of the product is indicated, its food and energy value, storage conditions, shelf life. The manufacturer’s contact details and the regulatory document were also applied, according to which Ravioli was made. In addition, the manufacturer was not too lazy and painted in detail the method of preparing the product, and also “boasted” the awards with his rewards (although this is rather a marketing move). The production date is applied by a marker on one side of the packaging.

The amount of ice that they were covered was a little embarrassed – one can come to the conclusion that during the transportation or storage, the product was defrosted, and then, accordingly, repeatedly frozen.

After cooking, only a few pieces were “spread”, which cannot but rejoice. The aroma is characteristic – dumpling.

We were confused by the appearance of boiled meat inside Ravioli. He is too light. Yes, there is chicken meat in the composition, but it is still smaller than pork. In addition, there is also beef… How can this color explain? Perhaps the fat was added a little more, and perhaps pork and beef were reduced or part of them were simply replaced by a meat composition of cartilage, tendons, etc. D. But this is all the assumption. But the color, you see, is very bright.

14. Taste. The taste of dumplings, oh, excuse me, Ravioli, we absolutely did not like: firstly, the minced meat is absolutely not salty, with any black pepper indicated on the label as a seasoning, and does not smell; Secondly, there is a feeling that minced meat consists only of fat and onion, and it is difficult to not notice pieces of onion, since it is cut very large. The product is very fat, after eating in the stomach, not the most pleasant sensations.
