Recipe for cooking chicken in paprika
Cut the chicken carcass into 4 parts, after which we cut off excess fat and the entire skin.
Small onions finely chop.
Scald with boiling water lemon, then dry. Rub the zest of lemon and squeeze the juice out of it.
Warm up the oil in the stewpan and fry the chopped chicken until the brown brown.
We take out the finished chicken from the saucepan and begin to pass the onion in the same oil, add paprika there, mix everything well and pour the broth (preferably warmed up). Also add lemon zest, tomato paste and salt to the stewpan.
We bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil and continue to extinguish over low heat for another 30 minutes. From the finished sauce, you can also make mashed potatoes in a blender, but this is already at will.
Put pieces of chicken in a saucepan with sauce and continue to simmer another 30 minutes.
A couple of minutes before removal from the stove, check the dish for salt, add cream and lemon juice to taste.
Bon appetit!
