The taste of the chicken is very dependent on the type of honey. If you want to get light bitterness, use buckwheat honey. If you want the chicken actually prevailing in the dish, use honey “easier” – flower or heels.
What you need:
4 chicken weighing 500-600 g
Salt
Fresh black pepper
green mix
For marinade:
5 cm fresh ginger root
3 tbsp. l. fragrant honey
2 tbsp. l. Sweet mustard
4 tbsp. l. soy sauce
4 tbsp. l. lemon juice
Instructions for cooking chicken in honey marinade
1. Peel ginger and grate. Mix with all other marinade ingredients.
2. Cut the chickens on the back and flatten it, pressing with your hands. Salt them and pepper.
3. Put chickens in the marinade at least 1 hour. Then fry the peeped chickens on the coals or in the oven preheated to 200 ° C with the grill until cooked. Serve with green salad.
