The main point in preparation is not to dry the chicken. In principle, the chicken breast is quite dietary, since it contains not so many protein and fats.
Necessary ingredients:
1 clove of garlic
5 cm fresh ginger
1 h. l. sea salt
25 grams of tomato puree
800 grams of chicken fillet
½ h. l. ground pepper chili
150 ml of natural yogurt
1 h. l. ground turmeric
Recipe for cooking chicken breast, in yogurt sauce
We clean the garlic and pour out in a mortar along with finely chopped ginger and sea salt.
Mix tomato puree with yogurt in a bowl, add turmeric and ground chili, also add the ingredients interpreted in the mortar.
Mix everything until a homogeneous mass.
Now we lay out a foil shape for baking and put chicken breasts on it, after which we grease them with a newly prepared yogurt sauce.
We heat the oven to 180 degrees and send a chicken there for 30 minutes.
Over time, we take out the chicken and immediately serve to the table.
You can use fresh vegetables as a side dish and jewelry.
