Recently, the Italian dessert Tiramisu has become very popular among the Slavs, and in the world cuisine it takes first place. Attracts this dessert with its tenderness, airiness, weightlessness and subtle unique taste. However, not many people know how to cook tiramisu at home. This delicacy includes Mascarpone cheese, biscuit-mundal cookies of savoyardi, chicken eggs, coffee, sugar, alcohol, cocoa powder and grated chocolate for sprinkling. The most important advantage of this dessert is that it does not need baking. There are many options for a recipe for this air delicacy, but we will tell you how to cook tiramisu according to a classic recipe. To do this, grind sugar into icing sugar and beat the proteins into foam. Mix sugar powder with egg yolks, add masquearpone and mix thoroughly. Gently put proteins in the resulting cream and mix again.

Then the cold express is mixed with amaretto. This mixture must be watered with a layer. Put half the cream on top of the cookies and cover with another layer of cookies previously soaked in coffee. Then lay out the remaining cream. Ready tiramisu must be cooled in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours, and preferably for a day. Before serving, the dessert is sprinkled with a cocoa powder.

Tomato sauce is also not traditional for Slavic cuisine, but in the modern world it firmly strengthened its position and is found on our table almost daily. Some housewives know how to prepare tomato sauce at home and do not spend money on its purchase in the store. The recipe is simple: tomatoes peeled, as well as parsley, dill and onion are cut into pieces, mint and basil are turned into mashed potatoes in a blender. The resulting mass is poured into a pan, add olive oil, pepper and salt to taste and bring to a boil. After the sauce boils, squeezes the garlic, mix and remove from heat. Store sauce in a glass container in the refrigerator. If you do not know how to cook tomato sauce, you can use this simple recipe.
