Ingredients:
220 g pork sausage
12 eggs
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/2 hours. l. salt
1/4 hours. l. ground black pepper
1/4 hours. l. garlic powder
1/2 cup of grated cheese Chedder
Preparation:
These egg muffins with excellent filling with a large amount of sausage and cheese Chedder will give you a lot of pleasure, however. They are hearty and tasty.
Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate 12 molds for baking mini-cakes or cover them with special paper liners.
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a crushed sausage there. Cooking, stirring, until the sausage becomes crumbly and evenly fried, from 10 to 15 minutes. Put on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
Beat eggs in a big bowl. Mix onions, green pepper, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add to it fried sausage and grated cheese Chedder. Divide among prepared molds, filling them with 1/3 volume.
Bake in a preheated oven, until the knife inserted into the center does not go clean, from 20 to 25 minutes.
