But! In the first place in olive mayonnaise is not at all olive oil, but simply vegetable (by the way, the question for marking. What kind of vegetable oil was used – it is not indicated!). And it is already in the sixth place in the composition, even less than sugar and starch! What olive mayonnaise is it?!
In general, okay, they deceived here! Let’s get back to starch. Yes, he will not harm us, but high-quality mayonnaise can do without such a thickener, which, based on the composition, is not so small (what should be in high-quality mayonnaise we wrote here). True, now it is very difficult to find mayonnaise on the shelves without starch or other thickeners in the composition.
We see that the flavor is natural and it’s good. Lunctic acid is also natural, which is designed to give the product a light acidic. Everything is fine here.
But what is an anti -oxidizer Edt – few people know. This is a preservative and antioxidant (E-385), which is designed to prevent damage to the product. In fact, these are calcium-sodium salts that absorb metals ions and thereby do not allow mayonnaise to oxidize. Can significantly harm human health with constant consumption. More about the effect of this substance on the human body can be found from the table of food additives, which, recall, is available only to our subscribers! By the way, there we indicated that the E-385 is a prohibited food supplement in Ukraine! What it does as part of the product is unknown.
