Has passed October, and this is for me a month of absolute raw food. I quietly approached the fact that I began to eat only live foods at all.
This month I even managed to visit the Raw District restaurant in St. Petersburg and try pizza and rolls (with the guys by the way, we will soon write down the interview, follow the news).
I am more and more studying the issue of raw food diet and I would even call it not a raw food diet, but an adequate living nutrition inherent in a person. Human species nutrition is fruits!
And my position on the nutrition is more and more strengthened. Let’s tell you a little more.
Everything is actually just. The main reason for the transition is not to act against the laws of nature. We all people are fruitful. “Living food” for humans, as for a biological species, is a plant, a thermally not processed cell, which retained its biological capabilities and properties that nature created it. The primary protein structure is destroyed and DNA collapses at temperatures, more than 70 degrees Celsius. After that, the cage is already dead and will not be alive. These are the laws of nature. So a chicken will not be born from a boiled egg. So organic turns into an inorganic.
“Where to get proteins for such food?” – a common question. Proteins are synthesized in our digestive system. But synthesized only from plant and living fiber. Proteins of animal origin (and many raw foodists prefer to eat meat and fish raw – which is fundamentally wrong) are antigens for the human body. And they are alien.
To make them out for amino acids, then collect its proteins, our body needs to spend more energy than is contained in this food. In nature, animals do not fried and do not cook and this is a natural process.
In our body, everything is arranged and tuned to species nutrition. When we start to eat what is not inherent in us, problems begin. We do not absorb this food normally. This leads to various diseases.
And, indeed, if we look at the world around us – that we see? At 40 years old, or even earlier, people are already with various diseases, less capable, less strongly physically. And what is 40 years – this is the heyday of peoples living up to 100 or more years!
Few people die from old age – in most cases, people die from diseases. You yourself can recall such cases? Is this not a reason to think – what is the cause of diseases and low life expectancy?

Well, what is happening to me now? What is my physical condition?
Whether I had a head my head during this time? – No, I didn’t hurt.
Something was hurt at all? – No, it didn’t hurt.
Do I feel heaviness in my stomach? – No, I don’t feel.
I even, to be honest that I don’t know how to tell.=) I feel great, the energy is in full swing, my figure has become even more beautiful – my little fat has left from the lower abdomen, I look like I have not remember for a long time to look like it looks like. All slender + gym does his job. In general, I am satisfied with the figure, health, state of the body. The teeth began to feel better, definitely.
Will I go further for living food? – Definitely daaaa!=) I plan to conduct a couple of laboratory tests of my body.
